Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assisting in selecting prestige merchandise.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting guests,Personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events and support execution of events.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and ensure cleanliness and merchandising compliance.
