A qualified candidate for the Make Ready Technician position can enjoy competitive hourly pay + 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.

This role will require rotating on-call availability, effective verbal communication skills with residents and team members.

Our Make Ready Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner utilizing a work order software system. They may also complete various service requests as assigned by the Maintenance Manager that may include, but not be limited to, general plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and HVAC/electrical work.
