The Make-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule and that every resident’s first impression of their home is a positive one.
The Make-Ready Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist with general maintenance needs across the property as required.
