TheMake-Ready Technician is responsible for preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing maintenance, repairs, and cosmetic improvements to company standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring apartments are move-in ready on schedule and that every resident’s first impression of their home is a positive one.
The Make-Ready Technician works closely with the Maintenance and Property Management teams and may assist with general maintenance needs across the property as required.
Locations:Westcliff / Westminster, CO & Deerfield at Indian Creek / Denver, CO (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call / Weekends: Occasional, based on business needs
The Make Ready Technician role is intentionally designed as a pathway to the Maintenance Technician role. Employees are typically considered next role ready after consistently demonstrating strong performance for 12+ months by:

Base Salary Range: $25 - $27 (dependent on experience, skills, and location)
Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary bonus upon eligibility
Incentives: Eligibility based long-term incentives and performance-based awards
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and market considerations.

Ability to safely use tools and equipment with manual dexterity and stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
