Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Make Ready Technician to ensure apartments are ready for new residents. You will perform repairs, painting, caulking, and finish work to uphold our standards across communities.

The role requires experience in rehab/turns for residential or commercial properties, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the ability to estimate materials and costs. Olympus emphasizes care for residents, teamwork, and a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or apartment rehab/turns is required.
• Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM.
• Ability to estimate materials and costs for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments for damage and perform repairs prior to move-ins.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and fixtures.
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches.
• Prime, paint, and seal surfaces; caulk and patch.
• Replace doors, locks, and related hardware.
• Wash, treat surfaces, remove mildew, and finish work orders.

The Make Ready Technician will perform a wide variety of repairs to ensure that all apartment homes are up to standard for new resident move-ins.

Your Purpose & General Responsibilities:

• Inspect apartments for damage and perform necessary repairs prior to resident move-ins
• Repair or replace plumbing/sink/shower/toilet fixtures
• Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
• Prime, paint, and seal surfaces (including wood or metal)
• Replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
• Caulk, plaster, and fill cracks, holes, or joints
• Wash and treat surfaces
• Remove mildew
• Sand and adhere finishes
• Complete various work orders as needed
• Calculate required materials and estimate costs

Essential Needs for Riata:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday from 9 AM – 6 PM

Initial pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): $19 - $22/per hour
