• Inspect and maintain buildings and grounds according to company policies.
• Replace electrical switches, plumbing fixtures, appliance parts, and locks.
• Perform minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and doors.
• Paint, do groundskeeping, and remove trash.
• Report and correct safety hazards in a timely manner.
