Qualifications

• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for on call rotation evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pool and understand basic pool care.
• Safely operate equipment like power washer and carpet cleaner.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
