The Make Ready Technician plays a vital role in the Maintenance Department, ensuring vacant units are move-in ready and meet Cohen-Esrey's quality standards by performing technical and mechanical work to facilitate timely turnover of apartment homes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push, or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies
• Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of light industrial experience
