Job summary

NRP Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments, perform preventive maintenance, and keep units market-ready. You will work under supervision to maintain curb appeal and quality across the property.

Responsibilities include refurbishment, routine cleaning, safety compliance, and timely completion of service requests, with opportunities for training, certification, and growth within a supportive, award-winning company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in custodial, housekeeping or apartment maintenance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain records of tasks completed and respond to service requests.
