Make Ready Technician

Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with more than 20 properties in the Kansas City market.

Make Ready Technician

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Make Ready Technician that will be based at our properties in Shawnee, Mission, and Kansas City, Kansas.

Their primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status in a timely manner and according to the Regional Maintenance Manager’s timetable. In addition, the Make Ready Technician may assist with maintenance tickets, grounds, and other tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or the Community Manager.

**Base Hourly Rate: $18/hr to $21/hr**

Experience & Requirements:

• Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check
• Valid Driver’s License
• Positive References
