SFS Construction is seeking a Make-Ready Technician (Unit Turn Crew Member) to contribute hands-on skills on unit turn projects. You will perform drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring work alongside fellow crew members in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency in drywall, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and vinyl flooring installation.
• A motivated, hardworking, and dependable approach to work.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Compensation

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience. Paid biweekly.
