Job summary

SFS Construction in Newport News, VA is seeking a Make-Ready Technician (Unit Turn Crew Member) to perform drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing and vinyl flooring tasks on unit turn projects.

You will work with a crew to complete unit turn work safely and efficiently, bringing a strong work ethic and teamwork. This hands-on role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications
