Job summary

Morgan Properties in Cheektowaga, NY is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare homes for move-in and maintain community standards.

You will perform drywall repairs, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks, complete trash-outs, test locks, and assist with grounds upkeep; on-call schedule rotates. Valid driver's license and at least one year of related maintenance experience are preferred. HVAC/EPA certification is a plus.

• Assist with grounds upkeep and community appearance
• Support teammates and occasionally assist nearby sister properties

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
• Perform drywall repairs, painting, touch-ups, and punch-list items
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 7 weeks)

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with apartment turns, drywall, plumbing, and general maintenance preferred
• HVAC/EPA certification is a plus
• One year of related maintenance experience preferred
