Job summary

Mayfair Management Group in San Antonio is seeking a Make Ready professional to support property maintenance. The role offers $16 hourly pay, comprehensive training, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.

You will perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and repairs to prepare vacant units for occupancy. The position requires reliability, ability to work weekends, and willingness to be on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Basic property maintenance & repairs.
• Paint.
• Cleans vacant apartments as required.
• Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans carpets, upholstered furniture, and woodwork. Washes windows, doors, and windowsills.
• Empties wastebaskets in the office and other trash receptacles throughout the community.
• Replaces restroom supplies and replaces light bulbs as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
