This position requires basic computer skills, a High School diploma or GED, and owning industry hand tools. Regular manual work under supervision is expected, with occasional overtime per business needs.

The Make Ready's primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacant apartment units are restored timely to market-ready status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in overall maintenance of the property's interior and exterior. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Monday-Friday (work schedule may vary depending on business needs). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs.
