BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Technician to restore vacant apartments to market-ready status and assist in overall maintenance of the property. The role requires reliability, safety awareness, and a customer‑service mindset to support internal and external clients.
You will handle interior and exterior upkeep, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain tool security, while adhering to OSHA and local codes. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime may apply.

The Make Ready's primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacant apartment units are restored timely to market‑ready status. This position will also perform general repairs and assist in overall maintenance of the property's interior and exterior. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Monday‑Friday (work schedule may vary depending on business needs). Some overtime may be required and ability to work extended hours as needed to meet business needs.
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Lifting up to 50 pounds. Full range of motion with upper and lower body. Continual movement including, but not limited to: standing, walking, bending, stooping, crawling, and climbing stairs. Ability to work with both hands for frequent grasping and manipulation. Push or pull items and reaching overhead. Operation of a motor vehicle onsite, if applicable. Exposure to all weather conditions.
