Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to ensure quality upkeep of our properties. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and daily property inspections to maintain curb appeal.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills in English, and experience in custodial or housekeeping settings. We offer competitive benefits, including paid vacation and health insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is highly preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping, or apartment experience is preferred.
• Computer proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials.
• Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Be knowledgeable of property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Carry out all maintenance aspects of the community in the Maintenance Supervisor’s absence.
• Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards.
