Richdale Apartments is looking for passionate and motivated Prep/Make Ready team members to join us in Dallas, Texas. This role involves final preparation and light maintenance of luxury apartments to ensure they are ready for new residents.

Successful candidates will have an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills, as they will communicate with residents and contractors. We offer competitive hourly rates and full benefits including health insurance and a 401K match program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in maintenance or labor.
• Capable of preparing apartments for rent.
• Ability to perform light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments.
• Drywall repair and paint touch-up.
• Perform light plumbing and electrical work.

A Bit About You

• Prefer at least one year of basic maintenance and/or general labor experience
• Ability to perform all aspects of preparing an apartment for rent ready
• Have an eye for detail to ensure each apartment is presentable for new residents
• Perform light maintenance
• Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
