The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech to support maintenance and housekeeping services across our communities in Arkansas. You will ensure excellent curb appeal and apartment quality by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks while staying responsive to service requests.
Under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist with renovations, schedule tasks, and help maintain records.

High school diploma or GED highly preferred; strong English verbal and written communication skills
Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred
Computer proficiency preferred
