Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Chamblee, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready to join our team at a well-maintained community. You will complete turn/make ready of vacant apartments and assist with maintenance work orders.

This full-time role offers stable hours, on-call rotation, pay starting at $20/hour (up to $21/hour with EPA certification), plus on-call and quarterly bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match. We value teamwork, reliability, and pride in the property's appearance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus; HVAC certification not strictly required to start.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
