Job summary

Valiant Residential in Denton, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean vacant units prepared for showing and occupancy, as well as common areas, offices, and model units. You will work with maintenance staff and report to the supervisor, following safety guidelines and company policies.

This role requires reliability, strong English communication, and the ability to bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean the property offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments, and common areas on a defined schedule.
• Clean vacant apartment units in preparation for showing and occupancy.
• Report maintenance problems to the supervisor and assist with inventory control.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and check appliances for issues.
• Operate cleaning equipment and support trash-out duties as needed.
