Job summary

Tipton Asset Group is seeking a Make-Ready/Maintenance Tech for Casa Del Sol, TX. You will participate in day-to-day maintenance, ensure the property looks inviting, and support both residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities include turnovers, on-call emergencies, grounds work, and basic maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Tools provided or owned are required, and a professional manner with residents is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience.
• Provide or use of own tools.
• Able to maintain professional conduct with residents and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.

The Job: Our maintenance professionals are an integral part of keeping our residents satisfied and are responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and general upkeep of the community.

Specific responsibilities include:

The Details:

Our Make Ready Technicians should meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Have at least one year of make-ready/groundskeeper experience
• Provide/use of own tools
• Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff
• Possess basic knowledge of the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
