Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a Bloomington, MN‑based Day Porter to join our facility services team and keep client spaces clean and welcoming.

You will sweep, vacuum, mop floors, clean restrooms, empty trash, and sanitize surfaces while following safety guidelines. The role requires English fluency, reliable attendance, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

This permanent, on-site position offers steady hours and the chance to grow within a nationwide service provider.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout the building.
• Waste removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
