A leading cybersecurity solutions firm is looking for a seasoned Field Sales Director to drive business growth in the ANZ region. The role requires significant experience in enterprise software and cybersecurity sales, with a focus on new customer acquisition. The successful candidate will own the sales pipeline, establish sales goals, and lead a dynamic sales team. Competitive compensation package expected with base salary and bonuses totaling approximately $270,000 - $295,000.

We are hiring a seasoned sales leader to grow business within ANZ. In this role, you will prospect and engage with senior decision makers in Information Security & Risk teams within large enterprise organizations. As a Field Sales Director you will call on accounts at senior levels, build strong relationships in Security & Risk functions, and collaboratively present the value of the SecurityScorecard solution. The position involves both phone/web and frequent face-to-face value selling, in a non-COVID environment. When not onsite at a customer, you will be based locally within your assigned region. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and help expand our business and customer footprint.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $270,000 - $295,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation is based on factors including affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
