Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions seeks a Major Incident Manager I associate to lead incident response in our FICC. You will coordinate with IT and business teams to restore services quickly and safely, especially during P3/P4 incidents.

Responsibilities include commanding incident activities, documenting actions, conducting PIRs, and driving continual service improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Command Center or similar environment.
• Experience handling Major Incidents (P3/P4).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Major Incident Management for high-pressure incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
• Capture and document incident details in MIMIC and Level Set tools.
• Perform thorough Post Incident Reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with IT Support and Business teams to minimize client impact.
