Job summary

GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center is looking for a dedicated Development Manager. This role focuses on raising non-event, non-grant funding and developing donor relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of relevant sales or fundraising experience, superb communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

The Development Manager will implement strategies to increase contributions and support local playhouse locations in their fundraising endeavors. Team collaboration and customer service excellence are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least seven years relevant sales or fundraising experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop new donor and sponsor relationships.
• Increase contributions from existing donors.
• Support efforts of Chief Belief Officer for development opportunities.
