Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years fundraising experience, including major gifts.
• Healthcare, nonprofit, or philanthropic industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of 80–100 donors and prospective supporters with personalized outreach and face-to-face meetings.
• Develops and implements cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans for gifts of $25,000+.
