Job summary

You will build relationships with donors, collaborate with faculty and leadership, and help achieve campaign goals while maintaining precise donor records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proven ability to execute successful full-cycle donor strategy.

• Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an active portfolio of 40 to 80 donors.
• Lead strategy development and closing of major gifts at $100,000+ for the Jackson School of Geosciences.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leaders, and staff to create funding opportunities.
• Deliver funding proposals and maintain timely donor documentation in VIP.
• Support the What Starts Here campaign goals and stewardship efforts.
