A leading telecommunications company is seeking a Major Account Executive for the Mid-Market segment. The role involves acquiring and growing a targeted segment of mid-sized prospects, focusing on solution-based selling and building strategic partnerships. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills.

As a Major Account Executive, Mid-Market, you'll meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by acquiring and growing a targeted segment of mid-sized prospects and base customers (300-999 employees). Your focus will be on greenfield accounts through prospecting, heavy cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. You will lead a new business portfolio, align business needs with the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio, and drive new logo growth in underserved territories. Connecting with C-suite executives to sell innovative solutions that transform their business is key. You will build and maintain strategic partnerships to support solution sales, understand customer challenges, create custom solutions, and negotiate and close deals. Excelling in dynamic environments and providing excellent customer service are essential.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $116,500 - $210,200, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $69,900 - $126,120. Actual pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. For more details, click here.
