Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong domain expertise in the North American Life and Annuity Insurance industry, specifically in Billing. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Majesco Billing and a strong technical background in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply deep business and domain knowledge in North American Life & Annuity Insurance, with a specific focus on Billing operations.
• Utilize experience with Majesco Billing and preferably broader Majesco Insurance Suite tools.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, functions, procedures, views, and packages using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Work effectively within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues across billing processes and data flows.
• Manage tasks independently in a remote work setup, engaging with global teams across time zones.
