The Role:

The Showroom Maître D provides excellent, friendly, and courteous service to guests, supervises showroom staff, and supports daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the showroom.
• Delegate work to employees.
• Assist Entertainment Manager with hiring, interviews, and training of showroom hosts.
• Manage front door staff schedules, guest bookings, and reservations.
• Coordinate with the Box Office Concierge and Casino Host departments.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences by promoting the Thoughtful Service Model, handle guest complaints, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise showroom hosts, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and discipline, in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Knowledge of company policies, safety regulations, and regular attendance are required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of related experience in hospitality or casino environment.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Must possess and maintain current health, liquor licenses, or other certifications as required by the location.

Skills:

• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong reasoning, decision-making, and observational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform related tasks.
