Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism
• Managing reservations and seating using Resy (or similar platform) in a fast-paced setting
• Coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth and timely guest flow
• Communicating wait times clearly and managing guest expectations
• Maintaining a polished, organized front-of-house presence at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as aMaître D'or manager in a busy restaurant or bar environment
• Proficiency with Resy or similar reservation systems
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A true team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Eligibility to work in the United States
