Juliet Italian Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker in Austin, Texas. The role involves daily upkeep across three properties including landscaping, plumbing, electrical repairs, and ensuring cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates will have experience in property maintenance and general handyman skills. Availability for Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts is required, alongside a commitment to maintaining the properties in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties.
• Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Perform interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture.
• Power wash outdoor areas.
• Complete general handyman tasks throughout the properties.
• Ensure all properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties located in the Austin area, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
• Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
• Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
• Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs throughout the properties
• Ensure all three properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
