Qualifications

• 1 year mechanical/maintenance experience listed in work history or skills section on application
• Must be willing to work shift A, B, C, or D; applicants must be 18 years of age
• Must have Arkansas driver’s license or ability to obtain
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in hot/cold environments
• Must have basic hand tools and basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Unload and wash all trailers and reefers; monitor cookers and maintain plant areas
• Drive yard truck to transport trailers and reefers
• Perform equipment PMs, oil changes, and belt replacements; inspect conveyors and gear boxes
• Maintain clean work area using high-pressure hose and soap
• Possess forklift or skid-steer certification upon assignment
