Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a client in Downtown Savannah. You will support the Field Maintenance Team with hands-on maintenance tasks related to water infrastructure and safety.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, at least six months of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime potential and training are available in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least six (6) months of related maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy objects, use tools, and perform manual labor
• Certifications preferred but not required: Confined Space Safety, ICC100 & ICC700, Bloodborne Pathogens, Traffic Control Flagging

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair work related to water infrastructure.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, installations, and general repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure job site safety.
• Work with tools and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as digging, lifting, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

As a Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Field Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team, which will align successfully with the organization.

Pay Range: $15.37 per hour
