Kingman Healthcare seeks a Maintenance Worker II to maintain buildings and equipment, perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, and support safety teams as needed. You will complete work orders, demonstrate good judgment, and provide reliable service while working flexible shifts.
A High School Diploma or equivalent and at least five years of maintenance experience are required, plus a valid US driver’s license.

Qualified Candidates must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (please be sure to indicate that you meet this requirement on your resume or your application may be rejected) and a minimum of five (5) years' maintenance experience and/or equivalent education.

Maintains buildings and equipment. Performs minor plumbing repairs. Performs building and grounds maintenance and security duties when required. Serves on the fire brigade team. Performs minor electrical, refrigeration and H.V.A.C. repairs. Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent - must provide Diploma or Official Transcripts upon hire
Required Licensure: Valid US Driver’s License (Must be 21 years of age or older)
Required Experience: Five years maintenance experience or the equivalent education
