This position performs general repair and maintenance of assigned City parks and/or grounds. Works under general supervision according to procedures/processes. In some cases, may determine how to complete tasks.
This position is non-exempt. Fair Labor Standards Act overtime provisions will apply.

Higher education and experience may be considered if relevant.
Light to heavy physical work; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, occasional up to 80 pounds; frequent walking, standing, climbing, reaching, and bending; good dexterity, eyesight, hearing, speech; regular driving; PPE use; outdoor work in various weather conditions with potential hazards.
