City of Lauderhill seeks a maintenance worker to clean and maintain City buildings and facilities, including streets, canals, and medians. The role involves operating hand and power tools, managing traffic control, and assisting with repairs and landscaping under supervision.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience. Florida CDL Class B and MOT certification are required.
Under general supervision, the position maintains and cleans City buildings and facilities. Position performs general functions in the area of facility maintenance, storm water, streets and roads, and medians. Employees in this classification perform manual labor work. Performs related work as directed.
