Job summary

A community support organization is seeking a Maintenance Worker I for their Plainview, Tennessee location. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds, providing upkeep for equipment, and completing assignments with minimal supervision. Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provides maintenance and/or repairs to the Agency buildings and grounds, as well as to the organization’s equipment. Must be able to perform with limited supervision, accept responsibilities, initiate problem solving and/or decision-making and complete assignments to finish without the need for supervisory guidance.
