Hours: Wednesday, 12:00pm – 10:30pm

Thursday & Friday, 9:00am – 7:30pm

Saturday, 1:30pm – 12:00am

Job Summary:

Under immediate direction, performs work of routine difficulty in the cleaning and maintenance of City parking facilities and equipment.

Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other:

High school education or G.E.D. and four to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in building maintenance.

Valid State of Iowa driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other:

High school education or G.E.D. and seven to twelve months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
