A leading company in Orlando is hiring a Maintenance Worker for the Downtown Recreation Complex. This role involves performing various manual maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of facilities. Candidates must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and some experience in general cleaning.

Performs unskilled manual work involving the maintenance of specific department needs. Primary duties include cleaning of parking facilities and prevention of equipment failures, as well as prevention of deterioration of the concrete or steel structure. Performs a variety of tasks involving the operation of power tools, mechanical cleaning equipment, lubrication of mechanical parts, minor repairs, and other maintenance tasks requiring some skills. Work is assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and is inspected for quality and productivity.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions. Some laborer experience in general cleaning of a facility desired. Valid Florida Driver's License required.
