We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker with a Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler Operator License to join our team. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain low-pressure boilers following safety protocols and regulations.
2. Conduct routine inspections of boilers, pumps, HVAC systems, and other equipment to identify potential issues.
3. Perform preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacements.
4. Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs or coordinate with external vendors for complex issues.
5. Monitor and maintain water levels, fuel supply, and pressure in boilers.
6. Keep accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and issues.
8. Collaborate with team members and support maintenance activities.
9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
10. Assist with general custodial and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.

Qualifications:
