Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping and landscape maintenance (planting, pruning, mowing, garden care).
• Operate power tools and equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, shovels, rakes; excavators for site work).
• Snow plowing during winter months for safe access.
• Maintain irrigation systems; inspect, repair sprinklers.
• General repairs on fixtures, plumbing, electrical, and hardscape features.
• Assist with hardscape installation or repair of outdoor structures.
• Tree care including trimming or removal.
• Unclogging toilets and AC pods; trash pickup; pressure washing; painting touchups.

Duties

• Perform landscaping and landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree trimming, mowing, and garden care to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools including lawnmowers, trimmers, shovels, rakes, and excavation equipment like excavators for site preparation and maintenance projects.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to all facilities.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to promote healthy landscaping.
• Carry out routine building repairs and preventative maintenance on fixtures, plumbing, electrical systems, and hardscape features.
• Assist with construction projects involving hardscape installation or repair of outdoor structures.
• Provide tree care services such as trimming or removal to maintain safety and landscape health.
• Unclogging toilet, unclogging AC pods, picking up trash pressure washing the parking lot, painting walls (touchup), etc.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating various power tools and construction equipment.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and pest control.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as planting, pruning, irrigation management, and horticulture principles.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for repairs or installation work.
• Experience with snow plowing equipment and winter weather maintenance procedures.
• Understanding of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
