PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Maintenance Worker is an entry-level role that performs a variety of maintenance and handyman work for the high school. They will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the high school in addition to light handyman work throughout the campus. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.
This position requires the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email; ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner; flexibility, forward thinking and managing deadlines; willingness to seek the latest educational practices and implement; and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude are expected.
