We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll ensure our facilities operate efficiently, inspect the building for damage, and conduct routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly. Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Handle additional maintenance requests as assigned
• Record service and repair activities for equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure efficiency and safety
• Establish and follow preventative maintenance protocols to minimize safety risks and maintain smooth operations
• Inspect the building for damage to doors, windows, walls, and perform repairs as necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance during nights and weekends
• Excellent attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
