Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Worker role based in Magnolia, TX. The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing routine building and grounds maintenance, including minor repairs, inspections, and upkeep of common areas. Daily tasks may include operating power tools and equipment, assisting with carpentry and plumbing repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and safety risks. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, monitoring building systems, and coordinating with property management to ensure facilities are kept clean, safe, and in good working order. The Maintenance Worker is expected to follow safety protocols, maintain accurate records of work performed, and communicate effectively with team members and tenants.
