Description

Maintenance worker needed on Long Island with experience.Must be dependable and reliable. Schedule will be five days a week (including 2 weekends a month).

Responsibilities

• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure all equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handle any repairs, if needed
• Make records of when any equipment was services and repairs were made
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks

Qualifications

• Experience with Sheetrock, light electrical, light plumbing, and pool maintenance is required
• Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques

Compensation

$27 hourly
