Job Summary

This is an Operations position responsible for checking oil, fluids, tire pressure, and fueling all equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fuel all delivery equipment daily.
• Check all fluid levels of power equipment daily.
• Assist the fleet shop when needed.
• Coordinate with fleet shop and night warehouse management to prepare equipment for use.
• Wash trailers per FSQA schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking lot and keep it free of debris.
• Support night truck spotters in organizing the truck yard.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience and education.

Experience

• 1-3 months of related experience or training.

Professional Skills

• Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and correspondence.
• Effective at presenting information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.
• Apply common sense to carry out instructions.
• Learn to operate and back-up tractor-trailers and straight trucks.
