Job summary

CBH Homes, Idaho's premier home builder, invites you to join CBH Rentals as a Maintenance Unit Turn Technician. You will ensure unit turnovers are completed quickly and safely, performing repairs, painting, and cleaning to prepare homes for new tenants.

You will inspect units for maintenance needs, replace or repair fixtures and appliances, and collaborate with the property manager to meet turn schedules. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to operate across the

• Prior maintenance, construction, or unit-turn experience.
• Basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting required.
• Ability to lift heavy items, climb stairs, and work in varying conditions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
