Job summary

Turning Brook in Alpena, MI is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance person to join our assisted living team. This role is approximately 20 hours per week and focused on keeping a safe, comfortable, well-maintained environment for residents.

Responsibilities include general repair of appliances and fixtures, painting, organizing supplies, coordinating with subcontractors, and winter maintenance. Ideal candidates have basic mechanical skills, reliability, the ability to work independently,
